Statement to the 70th World Health Assembly

29 May 2017 - Paola Barbarino, CEO of Alzheimer’s Disease International (ADI) addressed the 70th Sesssion of the World Health Assembly today with a statement welcoming the adoption of the Global action plan on the public health response to dementia 2017-2025.

The statement followed the support of 30 governments for the plan, and was followed by its unanimous adoption by all 194 members of the World Health Organization in Geneva. You can see a list of countries who supported the plan below:
