ADI invites you to their side event and report launch

11 June 2020 - Alzheimer's Disease International (ADI) is delighted to invite you to a virtual side event and report launch event: 'Maintaining dementia as a priority in unprecedented times'.

With the recent 73rd World Health Assembly being held online, and rightly focused on the global response to COVID-19, ADI decided to launch our report on progress towards the WHO’s Global action plan on the public health response to dementia 2017-2025, in late June this year.

We are delighted to invite you to attend a special virtual event: Maintaining dementia as a priority in unprecedented times on Thursday 25 June at 12pm BST. The 75-minute session will be an important opportunity for us to consider the additional challenges posed by the COVID-19 pandemic and asking how we ensure that we maintain progress towards the WHO’s Global action plan. The panel will include representation from the WHO, Dementia Alliance International (DAI), government representatives and sector specialists.
