ADI exists because dementia is a truly global epidemic. Already there are more than 35 million people with dementia worldwide, and estimates show that this number is set to almost double by 2030. ADI provides reports and publications to advance understanding of dementia, as well as supporting research.

- World Alzheimer Report - three reports providing the best available data on dementia worldwide
- World Health Organization dementia report - an authoritative overview of dementia worldwide, produced in collaboration with ADI
