ADI's Alzheimer University training programme aims to equip our member associations with the skills necessary to run a successful Alzheimer association. The training brings Alzheimer associations together to improve their organisational and managerial capacity. Workshop topics enable participants to examine the issues involved in developing an Alzheimer's association at various levels i.e. developing your board, strategic planning and fundraising.
