Conference
Jeff Cummings at the conference in New Zealand, 2001
"The conference was excellent in every way ... most positive because of its inclusion of younger people with dementia. Very powerful indeed. I've already made use of what I'd learned whilst with you - that world wide perspective is so very helpful." Health professional, UK, 2003.
The Alzheimer's Disease International (ADI) conference is the only international conference that provides people with dementia, their carers, medical professionals, researchers and staff and volunteers of Alzheimer associations the opportunity to share ideas and learn from one another about how to provide better care and support for people with dementia and their families.
Conference delegates have the opportunity to develop relationships with other Alzheimer associations with the aim of building partnerships and supporting one another's work, gain new insights into dementia and dementia care from a global perspective and learn how to strengthen organisational capacity through attendance at practical workshops covering team building and leadership skills.
You can find out more information on the conference section of our website.
